Got a question? If you don't see your question here, let us know via our online chat.
How do I attach my band?
Different watch brands use various connection methods. To ensure our bands are compatible with your specific model, we've created stylish, durable, and interchangeable stainless steel connectors. These connectors act as a bridge, allowing you to easily attach any of our bands, which use a standard spring bar connection, to your watch. To see exactly how to attach your band and connectors, please refer to our helpful instructional videos.
How do I resize my band?
To get the perfect fit, our instructional videos will walk you through the resizing process. Most of our bands use a simple pull-and-clasp method. For our Link Bands, you will need to use a link remover to adjust the size.
Why did I not receive a link remover?
You may have not received a link remover because our Ceramic Link Bands are designed differently. You can easily remove or add links with a simple pin tool, similar to the one used to remove a phone's SIM card, which is included with your order.
How will I get my order?
All domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included.
I have a watch you do not support, will you?
We're constantly working to expand our range of supported watches. If you have a watch that isn't listed in our search, we'd love to hear about it! Please reach out to us via our online chat and let us know which watch you think we should support.
What is a connector?
A connector is an adapter that bridges the gap between your specific watch model and our wide selection of bands. Since different watch brands have unique connection methods, our connectors are designed to provide a secure and stylish link. They are made from durable stainless steel and are available in black, silver, gold, or rose gold finishes, allowing you to create your ideal combination.
What is a link remover?
A link remover is a small tool used to remove links from our Link Bands, allowing you to adjust the band to fit a smaller wrist size.
Do you have a physical store?
We are currently an online-only store, but we are actively seeking partnerships to bring you in-person experiences.
We're excited to announce our collaboration with Gypset in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. While you can explore a limited selection of our Apple Watch-compatible bands and connectors there, please note that they carry only a portion of our full range. For their contact details, please see the bottom of this page.
When will my band arrive?
Shipping timeframes are provided at checkout when you select your shipping option. However, please note that "Made to Order" items will add an extra 2-3 weeks to your delivery time. The entire order will ship together once all items are ready. For the most accurate delivery information, please refer to your Australia Post tracking details after your order has shipped.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or believe you have received a faulty product, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the condition of the item and its availability, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
What comes with my band?
Every band comes with a pair of spring bars, which may be pre-attached or included separately, depending on the style. You'll also receive a complimentary Bandit Bands pouch, perfect for storing any bands you aren't currently using.
What is a spring bar?
Spring bars are small pins with a spring inside that are used to attach your watch band to the watch face. They are a vital component, and we often include extras in our packages, as they can be easy to misplace when changing bands.
Do you offer click & collect?
Unfortunately, we do not offer click-and-collect services. However, if you live in a qualifying postcode near our Sunshine Coast or Cairns distribution centre, you'll see an option for complimentary mailbox delivery when you enter your address at checkout.
What watches do you support?
We support over 400 different watches, primarily smartwatches, from a wide range of brands. You can find a complete list of all supported watches and brands by clicking here.
